Women becoming men - question ???

Question: If a woman wants to become a man, why not get your uterus yanked out so you don't have periods anymore, like a real man?

I saw something recently (might have been the misc, might have been an irl friend) that talked about when men become more feminized that women become more manly.

It was in coronation with the studies showing men’s testosterone rapidly decreasing.

It makes sense if you look at it from an animalistic perspective. It sounds like a survival mechanism.
