Tips to increase incline bench? (Srs)
Focusing on incline bench cuz flat bench gives me wrist issues; but incline is good for my wrist and I’ve no problems with wrist pain on that.
Any tips on how to increase incline?
At the moment I can currently bench 230lbs incline wanted to get 275

I found 6-8 rep range works the best for strength. Progressive overload is key
Make sure you change up your workouts every few weeks or so
Smash incline bench press, incline dumbbells presses, and add in some cable or dumbbell flies, train to failure or close to it, do drops sets etc
Also don't neglect triceps, they play a huge role in bench press strength, as well as shoulders

I can probably do more on incline than I can flat bench. Of course I have neglected flat bench for a couple of years now. I feel like there is some cross-over with doing standing military presses (BB) that help with my incline bench.
