For me the worst part about getting older is having a lot of memories where I'm the only one still alive to remember them. So many I loved that are now gone.

When I was at my grandmothers funeral there was only 1 of her friends there because everyone else had already died

But her friend recognized me because I had installed new lightbulbs in her home lol

Didn't even do a funeral for my grandmother because there was no point. Had her cremated and right before I went in to the room and I guess said some things but even then I watched her die so it was just closure for me.

heard older women 30s 40+ get massive amounts of gas and bloating from just simple meals. read on a women’s health forum some woman went to ihop with her kids drank glass of milk, eggs, hashbrown, pancakes and sausage. initially started with burping. couldn’t even get home, in the car was blowing 10 sec+ bombs into her seat that stunk up the whole car. had to lay on her bed on her belly. under the cover was hot from the methane shed release every few minutes. that would shake the bed with bassy sound and intense smell

My mind is young but my bodies farked . Arthritis is dam near killing me when I get home after work .
To think I’d still dirt bike if I could , but if I crashed , I’d tear every tendon in my body at this point . I still need to go to work to make bank , so broken bones would be a major setback .
If I was slimmer and had longer arms, I’d take up skydiving in a wing suit . At least if you screw up in a wing suit , it’s probably your last one lol

Try the dark flavoured creatine.

Meditation or equivalent commitments (extended attention to life external to yourself, like endurance exercise, taking care of others, music) seem to do about as well.

I read you can maintain the fluid intelligence of mid-20s, which is like 95+% as high as your peak fluid intelligence, by regular mindfulness meditation.

There's teenagers that are fat and out of shape.

This kids mom wanted him out of the house.

So my dad had train him to go from 250 pounds to less than 200 for him to join the Army.

I'm 33. I can't even drink anymore cause the hangovers crush me too badly.
Survival. When the jungle tears itself down and builds itself into something new. Guys like you and me, we end up dead. Doesn’t really mean anything. Or, if we happen to live through it, well that doesn’t mean anything either.

I'm creeping up on 50 years old and am doing better than a lot of people my age, especially all my alcoholic childhood friends I grew up with. I still have osteo arthritis in my spine and neck and found out I have polyps in my intestines and need a colonoscopy. I need lasik and need to get my teeth fixed, too.

Testicular atrophy is the most embarrassing. They shrunk and the TRT I take isn't helping any.
