Anyone else have cinematic dreams?

My dreams are very vivid and super cinematic. clear dialogue with wit and jokes and drama and linear story. I think it might be because i watch a lot of film but most of my dreams are like this. Some times i wake up laughing from something funny in my dream or wake up crying from something sad in my dream

i kept a dream diary for a little while but stopped when i had a streak of bad dreams i didnt want to write down.

anyone else?

Like a movie, I pick a dream I want to have before going to bed every night.

It works.

Yesterday, I had a Zombie apocalypse dream...

I was a zombie and I fell in love with a young girl.

Try it sometime, it's fun.

Unfortunately mine are more first person and mostly vivid nightmares. Although luckily to some extent I haven't slept for more that 4 hours in months. Literally 2 or more. It drains me and when I do deep they're nightmares where someone is attacking me or worse where there are massacres happening. It's torture either way. When indo.dream, I dream that I get murdered. The last one I remember, I was in artillery attack then got shot in yhe face. I dont know if insomnia is worse or my dreams.

Same brah, it's a great technique to get your mind to stop thinking about trying to fall sleep and helping you naturally enter sleep.

I like to pick video games and play them out.

I always wake up when it happens but I've had dreams where people are killing. People are attacking me. But that one recent one was I got shot in the face. Most of my dreams are horrible nightmares. Just about all. The gratefully I have the occasional pornographic ones. Lol
