We did some shoulder pressing tonight.
Top sets 205x8 and 165x15.
Then some neutral grip pulldowns and barbell curls.

Any reason for almost going incline bench though rather than a total vertical press?
Wouldn't entirely vertical be superior?

But the weight loss is more important, then anything that’s lost I can work to get it back while maintaining a lower bodyweight.
