Thinking about it, I've only seriously dated women that were basically between 20-22. Smashed a 19 years old once while I was 23 but she was very dumb and immature tbh, fueled by drama, very annoying and exhausting to spend any sort of time with.

They say the magic formula is "half your age plus 7". So at my age of 26 that would equate to 20. Some dude I met at a bar once told me "half your age, plus 7, then plus or minus 2 and that's your 4 year range", which would mean 18-22 for me.

In regards to maturity, and capabilities, I'd think 22-25 might be optimal. That's the age range where they're likely done with college and at the start of their career, have independence, have an income/money.
