Probably some type of Hispanic like a Richard Ramirez type Mexican, so like mixed European and Amerindian but leaning towards European. Assuming overwhelmingly European Hispanic is basically white so it wouldn’t really be much of a racial change. Or maybe an Ashkenazi Jew if that counts as a different race, but I don’t really see that as a different race as they are half European and half Semitic (Caucasiods from the Levant). Definitely wouldn’t want to be black, Arab, Amerindian, Indian, Aboriginal or Asian, etc.

First choice would be to stay white, second choice would be Hispanic or Ashkenazi Jewish.
