Indonesia is mogging T F out of Hollywood for action movies.

I've given up on Hollywood for hoping for an entertaining and well-made action movie these days.


Indonesia is where it's at. The Raid, for example:



This fight against the assassin is straight up MOGG. The pacing, the tension, the choreography, the build-up, the climax, and the sound FX. All perfect.


And The Night Comes for Us:




Awesomely violent, but I like how the fight doesn't end once he hits a guy for an instant KO, the unrealistic error of Hollywood. He has to keep on them to make sure they stay down.



Indonesia > Hollywood atm.
