What states were historically blue, but turned red?
It seems more states were originally Republican and taken over by Democrats than the other way around.
1b.
The part that involves Black people is getting rid of the state's death penalty, like it happened in Illinois, but I never found a state that got back it's death penalty.

And how does this affect picking up girls in beaches, when it became majority red? Florida has mud parks that may have expensive membership or entrance fees which makes it very Republican-only, meaning your average girl in Florida beaches are not Republicans.
