How many Misc would be left if they had to meet this requirement:

1- 20 dead hang pull ups with good form
2- bench 2x your bodyweight for 3 reps with good form
3- run 1 mile 7 mins or faster
4- 400 lbs squat
5- 9 inch cawk
6- Benz or lambo
7- harem of 9/10 sloots
8- ceo 10k/day
9- visible abs
10- 6’2 tall


Answer:

100% of the misc would still be here.

This place is literally more than half no-avi posters now and they mostly just make angry posts about politics so I doubt many of them lift.

1) I have been training for nearly a decade and I still can’t do that. Full legit dead hang pull-ups? No kipping? 20 without stopping? Come on brah. Not all of us are terminators like TheAdlerian banging out 90 pull-ups and repping over a grand on squats.

Right now I'm getting down to 183 and then starting a 4 month bulk
