IT brahs need help will rep

So I have a client that has an list in Excel with about 500k rows. In each row is an invoice number. They need to copy and paste that invoice number into their database and search the invoice, then print out the invoice in PDF, then name the invoice with the invoice number, client name and client address (all found in the PDF on the same lines), then save the named invoice into a folder. Can something like this be automated? And if so how would I go about in looking for someone that could automate this and how much would something like this cost?

Are they using a software database?

Excel is pretty good using you can usually merge specific cells into specific parts of a form. Which would automate it.

Yes they’re using some sort of weird no name database but they’re looking to switch and the software provider is being difficult which is why they want to back up all of their invoices

you could probably use Power BI/Power Query or some sort of related database system to organize the info in a way that you like. Will probably take a few videos and some practice for you to learn tho.
