What supplements are u taking as a hedge against COVID and future weaponized viruses?

I just added 5000 IU of Vitamin D3 and 1000 mg of Vitamin C to my daily multi. Gonna add some K2 as well.

For those who have (or already were) taking extra vitamins, what are they and how much?

I recently starting taking a greens powder, tumeric, garlic and a multi vitamin. THough not not neccesarily for the reason posted. I'm kind of looking into more herbal stuff and a different brand of greens, currently taking the Organifi greens juice, though I don't really like it. I see controlled labs greens and the MTS Nutrition Greens as well. Probably going to rotate though and find which one I like

amazing grass and opti greens and revive greens are the best 3 TBH

COVID just ran through legit my entire office except me, and my coworkers are attributing it to my unique mix of pickles, rice noodles + Tabasco, and coffee

Not even sure how I didn’t catch it because literally everyone else around me did, and I took 5 tests over the last few weeks using the same methods other people did

On days when I don’t eat fatty fish I day trade fish oil

During volatile health markets and downturns I hedge with extra zinc, echinacea, and mushrooms.

I hung out with an American couple in Jamaica December 2019 where the girl had loss of taste/smell and general symptoms of a head cold

Don’t recall being sick around that time though or at all in the last like three years, but definitely possible. Everyone in my office has 2 shots minimum as well (can’t be here without it) and it still kicked two of the guys’ asses

I take a multi and get plenty of greens. I stick to a vegetarian diet. I got sick at the beginning of January, started with chills then fever and headache, last 2 days. Although I no longer felt sick, I struggled to run even 3 miles for a couple of weeks. Felt like a shortness of breath. Got the PCR test and came back negative. I've had coworkers be out for an entire week with symptoms. Blood type O is supposedly immune to the virus.
I never try anything I just do it!
