In 2015 i had to stay at the hospital for health issues.

Got diagnosed with allergies to lots of things, positive for everything on the test. Did expensive drops but it didnt really help.

Started working again but i have to use an otc nasal spray every morning and take a clarintin sinus pill just to not lay down and rot.

Got surgeries for my nose but thats not for a couple years. Feels really bad and its like i got dealt a chit hand in life.

Long story short, I was taken to the emergency room because I was was seizing up because of a bad reaction to some medication. All of my muscles we're contracting which required 6 firefighters to hold me down and tie me down to the gurney (according to my wife.)

At one point I felt like I couldn't control my breathing and I was about to pass out. My lungs were seizing up. At that moment I felt like was was about to die. I felt a lot of sadness at this point because I didn't want to go, but I had no choice. I had to let go of life. At that instant, I saw my whole life flash before me, like people say. I immediately felt the same pain as everyone in that emergency room as if we were the same person. I saw a tunnel. At the end of the tunnel was a light. (FYI, I'm not a religious man.)

I walked towards the light only to realize that it was a star. I then realized what had happened. I had died. That star was me.

The star was the energy/light that now emanated from me. The entire universe revealed itself to me and I understood how everything worked, how everything was interconnected. Everything made sense. What some people call God, was the universe, and I understood that we are all a part of it. In a sense, we are all "God." Not in an exclusive way, but an inclusive way, meaning you are also. We are all connected. It doesn't mean multiple Gods, it means we are all connected, we are one being.

I then was given the option to either stay in this state of connectedness or go back to the real world where my family and friends were waiting for me. The condition was that if I went back, I would have to forget everything I knew and understood at that moment. I agreed but I said I would take back 1 thing. The agreement with the universe/myself was made. I took a huge breath of air and work up in the hospital bed with my wife looking at me.

I was "alive."

So what was that 1 thing I brought back with me? It was this: We are all stars. Energy. Light. That star that you might see out there has a consciousness. One of those stars might even be you. That star is interconnected with the other stars similar to a neural network that works at the speed of light. Together the stars have infinite wisdom.

When your star dreams, that is what you perceive as your life right now. When you "die" you actually "wake up" to the full reality of the universe.

It's similar to how when you dream at night, you have bit of understanding of your surroundings and perhaps a tiny bit of control of your self, thoughts and actions. When you wake up, you have way more control and way more understanding. That's the same thing as how it feels to be that star when it's awake. We think we're in control now, but it's nothing in the grand scheme of things. We are much more in control and much more powerful. These terms don't do it justice because control and power are human terms and the universe cares little about those things. We are more amazing than we know. If you're alive, which I assume you are if you're reading his, that means we're asleep and dreaming. We have a limited understanding of the universe and it's truths. Guess what, that's ok with me, I'm enjoying this life of mine.

Man i had a dream death experience in my sleep. I felt this huge pain in my body, in the dream I was getting stabbed, then i died and saw this light you are talking about. It wasnt like a normal nightmare but a true near death experience because i knew i was dying and actually lost consciousness and yeah then saw the light you are talking about.

I had a dream once everyone was ignoring me like I didn't exist, then I was looking at the GPS map on my phone when it showed my location, suddenly zoomed WAY out, moved me over the pacific ocean, my gps dot vanished and the map showed me the pacific ocean. Then I realized that I was dead.

I looked on webmd and it says its not really safe as a supplment. Is it used to just treat drinking water? My dad installed a water filter system in the house and ive been using that.

Would probiotics help? I read that people with severe allergies found relief by taking high dose probiotics.

I've tried that in the past, because I also had stomach issues. Didn't really help but my stomach is fine. There was a period of time where I thought I had crohn's ... I took accutane in my late teens and that probably contributed to the allergies, that drug is nasty.

I get that with aging, our body for sure gets run down to a certain degree no matter how well we take care of ourselves.

I like to exercise, eat healthy, and get 7-8 hours of sleep everyday
