Got some chit called honey salsa for christmas. Honey with seeds and nuts and a few mild spices in it.

I think you could get 90 percent of the flavor from just honey, but it presents well.

lSalmon is hard to mess up, but lake trout can be pretty rough if cooked wrong. Smoking does indeed take care of that.
