Not a huge study.
Cliffs:
-nope, you've been led down the garden path by Russian science fiction again.

I don’t usually comment on Covid related threads because Covid is just irritating over all but I’ve been taking ivermectin for various illnesses for 15+ years as do most of the other area ranchers as we have easy access to it. Ivermectin is absolutely tops and it knocks Covid out of a person in roughly a day, speaking from personal experience as well as seeing it first hand on others. And while we are on the subject banamine is an instant cure for hangovers, 2cc’s mixed with orange juice will have you right as rain in an hour.

Strong sample size...
All cause mortality in Ivermectin - 3 people. All cause mortality in control - 10 people. p-value 0.09. Yikes, imagine if they wrangled up 501 people, I imagine 1 more would have pushed it over the edge to statistical significance and then it wouldn't have made its way onto JAMA.
"Severe disease"... a pulse ox of 94%. That's comical.
So looking at this data... the trend towards all of the things you actually care about - going to ICU, being intubated, dying. Favored the ivermectin group, and dying was probably 1 person away from statistical significance. But it seems like it FOR SURE doesn't help from your pulse ox going down to 94%. Which there were probably millions of people who stayed home and didn't even know any better that were sitting at 94%.
Not an ivermectin supporter, but the gas lighting surrounding it was by far the most comically pathetic and hypocritical thing I saw during the pandemic. I was waiting for the PRINCIPLE trial which was going to be the big gun, legit, double-blind trial... and mysteriously they discontinued it after months when they "ran out of supply"... fascinating.
