gym buddy?

Any of y'all have activity partners?
I was thinking it might be nice. Of course, it would be plagued with the usual security problems. "Heer Deeeerr ... Hi, My name is Sucker Target, here's exactly where and when I work out. Wanna come and take advantage of my buffoonish need to talk to others and then tell the cops i asked for it? DM me! Da'ohi!"
It's probably not worth it, but I really am going to die alone if I don't make friends. Of course that's how I ended up on my last nonconsensual porno. Did anyone give a **** I was a straight A STEM student? Nah. I was just a megasloot. I guess I just wish the world wasn't so dangerous and that friendship wasn't just some trap.

How does one make friends? I thought it was go out there and make money, then give it to them. But then I was still betrayed. So I don't know how to make friends or even if it's worth it. What am I not seeing? Or is it that I'm just seeing too much and being too honest about the nature of human to human interaction?

Tell it to me like I'm five. Stepwise like a lab experiment. srs. I tried everything that I could think of and I'm still just the town slut with no friends.

example:
1. obtain telephone number
2. etc.

This is not an instruction. It's a bitch ass question. I could tell you why I'm not the same as your "normal" chicks, but that's for a different thread.

I don't understand. Are you looking for sincere meaningful friendship or to continue being the town slut? In the OP you go one way, but this post goes the opposite.

I "go one way" by being a straight A STEM student? And then go "the opposite" in the post. Hate to break it to you broski, but you suck at navigation.

I just thought it would be nice to have someone to talk to irl. I like going to the gym, but I don't like going out. I mean, the gym is crawling with people, and they can't all be as revolted by me as y'all. I'm asking for a step wise instruction on how to make friends because whatever I'm doing doesn't work.

Yep, I have two gym, technically lifting, partners. My daughter and son. We’ve been lifting together off and on for 7 years. My daughter is the one who taught me how to use gym equipment years ago. She was not afraid to get in there, shoulder up next to whoever was there and get **** done while I was just an awkward fly on the wall. Neither one will step foot in a group class with me so they’re just my lifting partners.

But damn I’ve made tons of gym friends I just can’t explain how. It just kind of happened especially in the group classes.

Have you tried group classes?

That's an option, and thanks for some advice. Lol at thinking any males could offer me advice, bc why would I expect them to actually know what they want. The thing about class is that I graduated from college with no friends, so I don't think it would be different. When I talk the room goes silent.

I also struggle with making friends. I think at the gym, people only talk to people they know, so if you want to meet people there i think you need to initiate the conversations.

Maybe say hello to the people you see regularly there.

I dont have too much advice, im also struggling with friends! Best of luck megasloot

You must be ugly. Making friends is 10x easier for females, I think guys have more meaningful friendships though.

Wow…to many feels.

Group gym classes are different. Seriously they are. When I stated group classes I was so awkward and annoying. No bull****—I would constantly drop equipment or slide off, go up when the instructor said down, go right when the instructor said left. I could just go on and on, but nobody cared, seriously nobody cared about all my stupid mistakes, stammering, awkwardness. I was there and that was all that mattered and slowly over time friendships stated to develop beyond the casual hello

Edit* I’m not insinuating you're at awkward as me, I’m just used me as an example.

Thanks. I mean it. I'll try. The other day some guy offered me a 25 lb plate and I thought, "He wants the P!" teeheehee. But seriously, I'm tired of being such a pussy. I had my whole world fall apart when I tried to be friendly. I guess I'm gunshy. It's on me to change, but then if I do, then it's my responsibility if I get attacked again. So I have to be confident enough to think I can outsmart whoever I'm with.

After a careful exegesis of your post, I will be attending the gym from now on with a strap on penis since that will be the road to happiness.

COME ON Y'ALL.
Don't y'all remember saucehead's instruction manual for how to make an ass of one's self? Can't at least one of you come up with a sequence of at least three things I can do to try to get a buddy?

Will second group classes.

Also- maybe don't overshare? Could be just a thing you do here, don't know.

Maybe keep your history of trauma and abuse under wraps if you want to form some casual friendships?

Lol. Yeah, I had to go to a yoga class when I took Hinduism. I took karate too. I don't normally stammer. I just give off vibes like I grew up in prison getting pegged. So normal folks run away and athletes think I'm dtf. I guess I could give it another try. You have inspired me. Thank you for the idea.

I always hid my past. I don't think of it as 'oversharing'. just being real. People don't like that though, they want the fake version. The real me is not welcome anywhere. I obviously know that. I'm supposed to put up a front and pretend, and I've literally spent my life doing that. The purpose of that kind of larping is to put others at ease and in the process isolate myself because no one knows the real me. That's actually a massive reason why I don't have friends. It's not actually nice to expect someone to live a lie.
Just because I admit i was abused it's not like a **** the floor or something. But that's the way it's treated socially. So no, I don't talk about it in real life. It's all about the other person, how they feel what they want, etc.

The problem is you.

You have severe mental issues.

You lie, fabricate, exaggerate, make false accusations, etc., about your sexual past to justify your behavior..."I'm not a slut who gets pumped and dumped repeatedly, I was trafficked and raped!!!"

You want to make friends? Stop lying about the past. You don't need to talk about it, but stop lying about it. Stop acting weird. Stop saying bizarre inappropriate things in social situations. Stop being awkward and making people uncomfortable. It will take time but it takes you being serious and dedicated to not being so disturbingly bizarre (and the lying, that is a major part of it).
