What’s the BEST anti-snoring aid out there??

I fukking hate the fact that I snore. Started happening a few years ago I think. Evidently when I’m on my stomach I don’t snore but if I roll on my back it gets bad. I bought a fukking chinstrap that’s annoying as hell and goes around my head. Used nasal eucalyptus sniffers, nostril wideners. Nothing works. Had a fwb id have marathon sex with every weekend for a while and she said she had to roll me on my stomach in my sleep to get me to stop, lol. Embarrassing as fuk but she came back for a number of consecutive weekends so I’d like to think it wasn’t a deal breaker.

I looked up these mouth guards that are like the football helmet ones where you melt it in boiling water and the plastic part adjusts your jaw to allow for more airflow. But a lot of reviews say they’re super uncomfortable.

Reps for any suggestions.

This, might need a C-Pap. Could try nasal strips too and see if they help.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.

Get a sleeping test done you might have sleep apnea.

Funny story years ago when I was in my teens I slept over one of my friends house who lived with his dad.

We stayed up late playing Halo. It's around 1 am now, and we are still playing, and all of a sudden we hear what seriously sounds kind of like a chainsaw or heavy power tool lol.

We both look at each other thinking "wtf is that???" His dad said he was going to be out til early in the morning.

We're upstairs, and my friend thinks maybe my dad came back goes in his room which is also upstairs, and he's not there.

He comes back goes "this is weird." We think maybe it was someone outside, but the noise still doesn't stop, and at times it's louder.

My friend, and I decide to go check downstairs, and there is his dad passed out on the couch lol.

Turns out he had horrible sleep apnea, but was also a heavy drinker he wasn't overweight or anything though, but my friend said that's the loudest he had ever heard him snore.

Similar sound for reference.

but much much louder

I DO sleep on my stomach when I intend on going to sleep but evidently I roll on my back during my sleep which is weird because I’ve never been a back sleeper.

Maybe I’ll put my weighted workout vest on my back so I don’t roll over, lol

I read changing your pillows can help. Something about pressure on the neck. But sleep apnea is the first point of call before you make any purchasing decisions.

I'm glad for your future wife you want to sort it. So many people don't GAF because it's a problem for others - not themselves.

Mouth taping
A young bull and an old bull were standing atop a hill looking at a bunch of heifers in a field below.

The young bull says "Let's run down this hill and fuk one of those heifers."

The old bull replies "No. Let's walk down there, and fuk them all."

A little bit different idea but one I've read about for helping snoring problems.

"Earthing and snoring".

Give her a greater sexual satisfaction that gives her knock-out sleep.

Provided that you have only one girlfriend/wife.

But honestly, I personally have never experienced the same problem because my wife never has woken up until the next morning after we made love.
