My neighbour is weird

Houses are close in my city. Typical Euro chit. My neighbour's bathroom is right next to my mine. Every time I run a bath he decides to also run a bath for himself. Every. Single. Time. Sounds like I'm crazy but I literally cannot remember the last bath I had without hearing this weirdo splashing around next door.

I'm currently soaking in a bath. He heard the pipes and me in the bathroom. Now he's in his bath. I heard him get in with that sqeaking noise that your feet make on the bathtub...and now he's on a call. That's what prompted me to post.
