Is 100k a lot of money in the US? thats 5k a month after taxes, 300k is the new 100k. Really, try to afford life in Scottsdale with that money, most women will just laugh at u

You must hang out with losers LOL. I know many people in their 20s and 30s who make $200-300k. Have you been to a nice community? Tons of homes for sale in the $500-900k range, literally selling out within days, all of these people make $200-300k.

LMFAO at thinking 100k per year will buy you anything in Denver. The cost of living there is insane. Anywhere on the front range is insane. I live 1 state away, cost of living is high compared to out east but still half of Denver. My $375k house would be worth 750k in Denver. $1m+ closer to the mountains. And $10m+ in ski towns.

Last I heard, pueblo Colorado was still somewhat affordable and kinda close to Denver. But I'm sure that's gone up a lot too.
