I have two purebred golden retrievers and they’re already massive for their age (6.5 months and not fat). They’ve been to a trainer once and now they can sit, lay down, and walk/run towards me when I call them. Trainer says to give them only one-word commands or else they get confused.

How old do they have to be before I can start training them to catch frisbees mid-air? Will I need another trainer for that? Seems difficult and I couldn’t get my last golden/husky mix to ever catch one. He’d just retrieve it after it landed, lol but I was a little kid then. Didn’t know what I was doing. Will upload pics in a minute.
