They'll build a brand new one with all the financial aid they'll receive from the rest of the world.

Can't say the same about Russian gopniks who became the global outcasts. Not even China wants anything to do with toothless gopniks anymore, they are on their own. Soon Zimbabwe's currency will be worth more than rubles.
