Anyone else clueless/DON'T CARE about PETROL PRICES???

Never took note of petrol prices...I've always put £50 in the tank and not given it a 2nd thought. People have told me to go to certain petrol stations because they're 0.02p cheaper.....brb...using more petrol to get to a cheaper station lol

I hear petrol prices are ridiculous atm...still putting £50 and not giving it a second thought...u mad?

Paid $5.50 premium yesterday. Didn't really care.

I'm guessing my car has about a 19 gallon tank, but I always fill up when I have a quarter tank left. At $6/gal I'd be at $78 for 13, not too far from the usual i pay which is $65.

No matter what they are, I am going to pay them. There is literally no point in paying attention to it beyond selecting the cheapest gas station in town. I have not known the price of gas in years. What purpose does paying attention to it serve? It just pisses people off. I don't have a need for that.

Correct....we are much better off ignoring the fact that the US evacuated Afghanistan in order to leave it for China to mine for lithium, and then the US will be endlessly buying power for electric vehicles from China.

The weapons were left behind for the use of controlling the population in Afghanistan.

The war in Ukraine will now enable Russia to be squashed in terms of providing gas to Europe, the Saudis only hold on the planet comes from oil and they know whats going on and won't even answer the phone when Biden calls lol.

Meanwhile, the war allows the Biden Boyz to funnel billions of dollars into Ukraine in "aid"....none of which will end up in the hands of their business partners I'm sure.

Better to just close your eyes and mouth and keep pumping gas quietly while you can I guess.

Look at this world savior.

The price of gas is the result of disgusting corporate greed and nothing more. Their profit margin is why the gas is expensive. No other reason.

Also, ignoring the price of gas is not the same as ignoring those issues. What you did is called a strawman. Just fyi.

This, got cut off at $75 for the first time in a long while last week. I was like wtf brah. You'd think you could at least punch in your tank size so it would pre-auth enough to fill.

Haven't been cutoff at Costco - yet.

I can afford the higher gas prices but they do bother me. Feel sorry for those less fortunate who are paying much more for gas. Soon prices will be $5 a gallon

It doesn't need to be this way. America is fortunate to have lots of natural resources. I've read a few times that in the US we have more oil available than Saudi Arabia. But Biden and the Democrats do not want to see America energy independent. Biden instead is begging other countries to pump more oil for America. Not surprisingly other countries have told Biden no. OPEC is making a fortune off the higher oil prices due to Democrats anti fossil fuel policies.

I put over $180 CAD into my truck to fill up. I'd be lying if I said it didn't hurt. I feel stuck now, too expensive to leave the house.

I care because it's annoying I have to spend more when there are ways they can curb the rising costs, which they refuse to do.

At the end of the day I can affect my own personal consumption more easily so I'll just start doing that

Increase in price of gas increases the price of all goods. I'm not extremely fearful or anything since I was forged in the fires of the GFC, but it is still pretty significant brah

Really hope you don’t mind eight dollars a gallon because that’s where it’s headed. They predicted eight dollars per gallon several weeks ago. Keep in mind, this isn’t just what we’re paying at the pumps, this is what we will pay for all products. Utility bills will go up, groceries will go up… pretty much everything we buy. I would also expect shipping rates and mailing rates to go up as well. Many people won’t realize this until they’re trying to figure out why they can’t pay their bills. Budgets will be blown away
