Consolidate your trips so you only make one or two trips a day instead of multiple trips. MPG is like anything else, it's not the big one's it's the little 1-5mi trips that will add up.

Don't vote for democrats is probably the best advise.

Get Big Oil companies to get back to pre-pandemic production and open more refineries?

Nah, let's blame Biden.

How has this affected MyFrauddBrah and all the other “independent contractors”?

Driving slower is dead wrong

Leaving aside wind resistance at very high speed, you should be driving at the lowest feasible RPM in the highest possible gear

Also:
-increase effective gearing through larger wheels and higher ratio differentials and gearboxes
-increase the efficiency of your motor through less restrictive exhausts, air intakes, valve setups, cylinder heads
-forced induction
-improve suspension and handling and chassis rigidity so as to not slow down for corners
-pick up hitchhikers for gas money

brb ruining an $900 set of tires to get 2 mpg.

tire pressure is dictated by load, you want an even contact patch. there is a range for an acceptable contact patch and psi can vary ~10psi when they heat up. but at 46 cold you are going to loose significant life on your tires. i usually go 10% over the facotory rec on the door jamb
