I've noticed alot do young people obviously still call their SO a girl, but I'm curious if the same goes for some of you married or older engaged/long term dudes. You look at her and think of her differently or nah?

It's behavioural, just the same as the boy/man thing.

A guy can still be a boy at 30 or a man at 19 and women are no different. A woman is a female that is mature enough for you to take them seriously as a person and a girl is a female who isn't fully enough formed as person for you to give a fk about what they think.
