Advice on imbalances (lifting) and roast me

I do the same workout (pretty much) everyday. One exercise per body part.

What imbalances do you think I got? My triceps and chest are trash and my legs don’t need to get any bigger.

All Machines all 3 sets.

Chest Fly - 175 for 20 reps
Rear Delts - 115 for 17-20 reps
Shoulder press - 140/150 for 17-20 reps
Tricep rope pull down - 60 for 20 reps
Overhead tricep extension - 60 for 20 reps
Seated Rows - 140 for 17-20 reps
Leg extensions - 130 for 25-30 reps
Seated Leg Curl - 130 for 25-30 reps
Seated Adduction - 205 for 15-20 reps
Seated Abduction - 205 for 15-20 reps
Calf extensions - 215 for 20 reps

Then I go home

For your time, smash or pass?

You do 45-90 reps per body part per day?

I always thought you need at least 36 hours to recover and ideally 72 hours.

Instead of doing your current stuff everyday you would make faster gains on a minimalist 5x5 mon/wed/fri. Switching between rows/pull ups & ohp/bench & squats/deads. SRS
At 42 I’m not looking to be a bro. I just like the pump and don’t want to be like the other 40 year olds I see.

There’s a dude in his 80’s where I live that walks everyday and does light gym work daily. Dude looks in his 50’s srs

Dead fkn srs
