Forgot to pick up my sleep meds today

should i make a cup of coffee and watch some shows? tmrws a rest day.

Fuark that's the worst feeling ever. Thankfully I have a ton of extra now, but used to stress hardcore when I had no buffer if I forgot to pick them up on the refill day.

It's worked well during the last 5-6 years since I got it prescribed. Had times where I forgot to refill and experienced side effects, like last month I was feeling it-- increased anxiety and stuffy nose.

How did u manage to get zopiclone? I thought ****** and sometimes lunesta were the only Z drugs being used for sleep. Was also curious how it is in comparison to ******.

never tried those but I was placed under supervision at a hospital , first night was an antivan and the sleep med.

Isn’t this type of sleep med molecularly similar to benzos and not supposed to be used long term (more than a few months). op you not scared of that there sides like Jordan Peterson experienced?or is this a for life type of thing

I think so. My doctor said for some people an anti-psychotic is enough to make them sleepy.

I'm going to try going cold turkey but got a job interview supposedly next week

I rotate between the costco sleep aid, benadryl, and melatonin... all over the counter, can't you still run out and pick something up?

Oh ya but its like 22 dollars and i only have 600 in my chequings account
