what kinds of meal prep lunches do you all pack for work?

I'm looking for some quick, easy chit I can do meal prep on for work lunches throughout the week. I don't give a fuk about it tasting so great I just want to pack cheap, easy, high-proton and carb things I can have so I'm not hungry throughout the day.

Normally I just pack things like:
Tuna + pasta + assorted veggies and olives, with lemon juice and olive oil
Seasoned ground beef or turkey + rice + beans + tomatoes + peppers
Cut up steak + mashed potatoes + whatever veggies I can get
Chili

Any suggestions? Will rep, etc.

I rotate through the various Trader Joe's frozen rices:

bulgogi
japanese
thai
veggie

and just throw in about 4oz of grilled chicken in
Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

The closer we approach the uncertainty of life's ending the more we wish to trade all of the things we have acquired in exchange for all of the things we have lost: wealth for youth, knowledge for fresh curiosity, resignation for hope. We'd trade our wisdom for new experiences, but it is wisdom that will teach us that at the end of the road the only new experience is death.

The most time-consuming part for me is dealing with raw meats. I just crockpot a bunch of pork, chicken and beef till it can be pulled apart. Keep enough for a week refrigerated and freeze the rest. Do tacos, burritos, stir fry, salads, sandwiches and whatever else.

I bought a lunch box with different sections in.

Cheese sandwich the big section. Tomatoes/grapes in another. Mixed berries in another.

I’ll have that daily until I need to rope

Turkey, tuna, chicken or egg salad wraps. Cottage cheese, yogurt, nuts, raw veggies. Sometimes I'll make big crock pot meals on Sunday so I have plenty left over for the rest of the week. Beef stew, beef stroganoff, chicken soup or some type of chowder. I might throw together a couple chicken or beef pot pies. You can freeze them and use as needed.

Peanuts, blended slightly so there is still crunch. I like to mix in some fruit, like strawberries and top it with some bread.

Don't know if this is exactly "meal prep" but I just watched it and it all looked good to me. I hate figuring out what to make.

Never tried the high protein ramen noodles that are in the first recipe, but it does bump up the protein a lot. Sort of pricey though.
