Any guys here ever experience boxers knuckle?

****ed my middle knuckle up. the bone isnt broken but it hurts to clench my fist strongly. the tendon on my hand makes a twitchy movement.

Had something similar years back and wore one of those open fingered compression gloves while i slept for months.
