Andrographolide binds to spike glycoprotein and RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (NSP12) of SARS-CoV-2 by in silico approach: a probable molecule in the development of anti-coronaviral drug.... Andrographolide which is largely present in the leaf extracts of Andrographis paniculata (AP) and is known to exhibit antiviral, antibacterial, and stabilizes Th1/Th2/Th17 responses; taking this clue, we used in silico approaches to see the binding of andrographolide to RBD and NSP12 molecules. Our docking results showed very strong affinity of andrographolide to RBD and NSP12 of the SARS-CoV-2 virus with dock scores of -10.3460 for RBD and -10.7313 for NSP12 indicating andrographolide acts as an inhibitor of RBD and NSP12.

Andrographolide, a diterpenoid, is known for its anti-inflammatory effects. It can be isolated from various plants of the genus Andrographis, commonly known as 'creat'. This purified compound has been tested for its anti-inflammatory effects in various stressful conditions, such as ischemia, pyrogenesis, arthritis, hepatic or neural toxicity, carcinoma, and oxidative stress, Apart from its anti-inflammatory effects, andrographolide also exhibits immunomodulatory effects by effectively enhancing cytotoxic T cells, natural killer (NK) cells, ****ocytosis, and antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC). All these properties of andrographolide form the foundation for the use of this miraculous compound to restrain virus replication and virus-induced pathogenesis.
It binds to the spike protein on the coronavirus (the spike protein is the part of the coronavirus that latches on to human cells to gain entry to them). Greatly boosts the natural killer cells of the immune system, alkalizes interstitial fluids, reduces inflammation and a whole bunch of other stuff. The powdered herb is extremely bitter though but easy to take if it's in capsule form. It's often included as the first ingredient in many "Immune Defence" supplements because its anti-viral effect is well known.

A cold pressed Nigella Sativa supplement (MARNYS® Cuminmar) was also trialed on people withmildcovid and they recovered from all symptoms 2 days faster than those who did nothing just from a small dosage of 2x 500mg capsules a day. In Australia it's usually calledblack seed oilbut MARNYS was the brand that was used in the study.

But haven't you heard? Everything besides experimental injections being forced on people through mob rule and mandates (that you can never sue for if you have a bad reaction) is HORSE MEDICINCE. Everything besides this one thing that hasn't been tested properly being pushed by companies with horrific (or nonexistent) track records and lining their pockets is ALT-RIGHT CONSPIRACY THEORY.
