Why dosen't the US use our millitary against Mexican Cartels?

The US has been able to fight off ISIS in Iraq with drone strikes and special forces, why can't they do the same to Mexican Cartels?

Or just us the CIA to put in an anti-drug President similar to Duterte in the Phillipines.

Combine that with stepping up border protection it would do more to solve crime than anything else

Obviously Biden is a retard. But why didn't Trump do this.

I am not advocating for an Iraq style invasion. Mostly just drone strikes and SF operations.

If i was President i would tell Mexico to clean itself up or I would do it for them... i am suprised Trump did not do this.
