pit bulls that mauled home intruder will not be killed

The story was posted on here a while back. I hadn't seen the update of the doggos being given back to their owner. The intruder died.

I have a pit bull. Love of my life. She is gentle and obedient. But man.....two pit bulls together in protect mode...would not want any part of that.

I'd rather a bullmastiff. Pitbulls have been recently bred for fighting. Too dodgy.
