He’s got a good attorney I’ll give him that. He will end up back in jail though to serve his time.

Are people commentating ITT and the other one understand that he's being released during the appeal process? It's not like his sentence was commuted. Not advocating for the guy, but I truly don't understand if miscers are not reading the links or don't know what the appeal process entails. This is pretty normal stuff, for the guilty party to not sit in jail, especially for cases of non-violence or non-flight risk.
