So it is now apparent that defunding the police has actually created a massive decrease in police, a decrease in police training and requirements, and record crime rates across the country

Governments could easily stop crime and build wholesome, beautiful communities, if the criminals hadn't moved into the government already. I imagine this is cranked up to 11 for Chicago politicians
Edit: then again, people in those communities could do that as well if they actually wanted to. same goes for everywhere in the US with the amount of resources and autonomy the average person has in the US compared to other countries. So what's a citizen to do...?
