He took an arrow right in the knee, he wasn't chasing anyone down. Glad he seemed to be okay. He is a hero now, and for the rest of his life. So he has that.

Wtf…You have that photo like you were in the military and you don’t know why someone would put a tourniquet on their leg after being shot in the leg?

The first thing you do for a GSW in a limb is tourniquet because if an artery was hit they will die quickly without one. Source: Used to be an EMT.
