Is someone born in 1995 a Millennial or Zoomer?

I've heard some outlets say the official cut off point for Gen Z is 1996-1997, while others say it's earlier.

I feel like I'm pretty torn because I'm old enough to remember Dragonball Z, Power Rangers, Cartoon Network and Nickoldian, Crash Bandicoot and Spyro on PS1, old Windows XP block computers, Nokia 3100, 9/11 and Iraq war, George W Bush and Tony Blair.

But I also grew up in the age of social media and smartphones so quite tech savvy and well versed with ******** (well boomers use fb anyway lol) Instagram, Snapchat, Tiktok etc.

What do you think misc?

Went on a date with a 25 year old last week. she act like a damn child, def a zoomer right there. when i was 25 yeah sloots were immature but not as bad as this.

Yeah I turn 27 next month but can till pass for 22-23 and match with 18-21 year old sloots on tinder (although most flake tbh)

It also helps that I have a broccoli haircut and no wrinkles or crows feet, then again I'm ethnic/non-white so my skin won't age for a while lol.

I'd say zoomer traits start with 98 babies and 2003/2004 and after are the core stereotypical zoomers. I'm 20 and started high school in 2016 and finally graduated this year to make up credits so I've been around people born in 1998-2007 and know what I'm talking about.
