Are we still trying to count genders????

What conditions have been cured by science that affect a lot of people? After suffering from debilitating migraines for most of my life it's clear to me that a cure or even an effective treatment is not part of the plan. I'm sure that people that suffer from chronic conditions are seen as a subscription and no more.
