Microsoft's been doing a good job of catching up to consumer demand, it's probably why they've been managing to beat Sony in sales lately.

It's taking forever to ship. Put my order in on Friday, it's Tuesday and it still hasn't shipped. Estimated arrival is supposed to be tomorrow and I know that won't happen since I live in Hawaii. Be aware

Last week when I almost ordered it said expected delivery was April 8th.

Now it says March 27th. I think they're lying to hope more people buy

Xbox Series X is a beast and like 10x more powerful than the Xbone

It's basically a high end PC that will still be high end several years from now

I say yes. Do you have game pass? This is the year cross gen is slowing down and there will be more and more current gen exclusives. Last year flight sim was only on the series consoles. This year it'l be Redfall, Starfield, probably Forza Motorsport. Deathloop xbox version since it was ps5 timed exclusive. Grounded may be the only cross-gen xbox first party game this year.

Even a ton of older games run better on this newer hardware.

Quick Resume and the much faster loading times are great.

No way supply instantly caught up so that Walmart can take orders for over a day. Guess I’ll find out and decide if I want to keep it and my ps5 or sell one

Appreciate the replies, will check it out. Used GamePass for a good few months Doom Eternal was pretty sick, but ended uo packing the Xbox away when moving and just recently got it out again

here is the cheapest way to do it, if your game pass has run out:
-buy 3 years of gold for 180.
-you can then upgrade all that to game pass ultimate for 1 dollar total.

Yeah console gaming is just way more simple and convenient for gaming on a TV. PC gaming has always been for hardcore nerds for a good reason, nobody else wants to deal with it.

Yeah I mean I still got a gaming PC for a good reason, but it's mostly just to play PC exclusive games whenever I am in the mood for them. That said getting a Steam Deck recently has changed that quite a bit for me, now it's mostly just RTS and the odd FPS that draws me to my PC.

Something aint right. As I mentioned when I almost ordered last week delivery was estimated for the 8th, but when I actually ordered a few days ago it all of a sudden was the 27th.

I ordered one from Walmart for a buddy and it showed up like 5 minutes ago. Was even early, original ship date was 26th, but I also got in on that link minutes after posted. I saw the link prior to the misc as I randomly searched xbox x and there was a twitter handle that popped up saying walmart had stock like 2 minutes ago. So I quickly ordered then later saw the misc had the link as well.
