Realistically, probably the below:

- Live alone
- Have a car, preferably a more modern one, doesn't gotta be fancy but just not obviously sub $10k
- Either great face and average height 5'8-5'10, or average face and 6'+ , but some taller girls would want 6'2+ regardless, some shorter girls would be ok with 5'8-5'11
- Tattoos
- Good hair
- Skinny, or muscular, sub 15% bf
- Charisma, humor, sociability
- Must be pro-woke
