Age is just a number if you are a men!

Eat right,take supplements, lift and do cardio,sleep right! And take cold showers!

My prime was 26, god I was fukin m sexy AF

My physique is better now and although I look pretty much the same I feel my face looks more tired now (lol), something about that youth is everything .

I was like a 9/10 then, now I’m a 8.75 (face) at 32

Upper twenties / lower thirties is the peak of most men. Models and 9+/10's can still exist into the late 30's / 40's but it takes good genetics, work, and some supplements/surgeries. Several surprising male celebrities got surgeries and chit in their late 20's / early 30's, like Zac Efron or John Stamos.

So I guess what I'm trying to say with the above is men have a peak in their aesthetics in late 20's / early 30's probably. Without focusing on it or taking things, the looks get worse gradually over the years. For women though, the peak occurs early twenties, then unlike men the aesthetics just nose dive.

Yeah this is something I tell myself to cope with past failures and not being where I want to be in life.

But it helps for sure even if I’m coping cause you can’t go back in time so Fuk it.
