Before I read the story I'll share my experience in warehouse work as a black man in California.

1. You will work night shift.
2. You will do the "hardest" jobs.
3. Mexican and black politics are in effect, more so with women.
4. This benefits the company when it comes to the organizing efforts of employees.
5. Majority rule and blacks will be the minority.
6. Men are more likely to just quit and move on.
7. Nobody really cares, everyone is trying to make it.
