Why do most White people age so horribly?



This dude is turning 46 this April and still looks great.

I see so many White dudes who are in their 20s or early 30s and look ~40 yrs old.

Some of y'all need to start applying some sunscreen when you go out.

Lots of white guys age well, there's people who age poorly no matter the race, lifestyle usually has a lot to do with that.

Yeah I agree for most of the pleb white women. In general white women age better than white men I would say.

You're generalizing to such an astrological extreme; there's far more white peepo worldwide so there's a lot more bad examples to pick from

I guess scientifically speaking Caucasiods age worse than Sub-Saharan Africans and Mongoliods (Asians and Amerindians) on average. But aging is more down to the individual than it is by race, it’s kinda like height. Yes on average most white people are taller than most Asians but some Asians are still taller than some white people.

Personally I try to apply a Retinol 2.5% moisturizer daily, as well as have a good skincare routine with using a face wash daily, and a face scrub twice a week.

Beyond that I try not to spend too much time in the sun, I don’t drink, I don’t smoke, and try to eat decently.

But at the end of the day aging is overwhelmingly genetic, and trying to keep cortisol levels low by getting good sleep and avoiding a lot of stress can definitely help a good bit as well.

Try to use tretinoin cream (retin-a) instead of retinol since it's proven to be much more effective. Just tell your doctor your skin breaks out occasionally and you wanna keep it under control with tret.

They age terribly in the West because they are on land where their genetics arn't adapted.

The suns rays are stronger in the middle part of the earth, its weakest up north. That is why some white peepo have blue eyes and are taller and have more meat on them(to generate more heat).

Just all around chit tier genetics.

Asians have superior genetics because they can adapt to anythang.
