Anyone looking forward to Red Hot Chili Peppers' next album tomorrow?

The new album titled "Unlimited Love." The album drops tomorrow, and they've released 3 songs already --- "Black Summer," "Not the One," & "Poster Child" ... I like "Black Summer" the most, but the other 2 are ok too

Here are 2 reviews, which suggest good quality

I liked one of the singles (forget which one, maybe "Not the One?" it was pretty ******t for them).

Wasn't huge on the first one. Forget if I heard the third one. Have some hope but am still cautious.

Yes. While I am not expecting to hear anything new from them, I am totally ok with it being Stadium Arcadium part 2.

Just listened to that Black Summer song and felt meh towards it….

It’s hard for bands to put out new music that’s good when they’re old and sober

Saw them in 1995, which as about the last time that they were still relevant and cool. They all looked drugged out of their minds and Flea stripped down to underwear by the second song. I think Under the Bridge was the only slow song they played, everything else was their harder songs.

Like most fans, I am glad John is back. But now I am wondering if it would've been better if Josh stayed lol.

I like Black Summer a lot but not the other two. I wish they made another album with Dave tbh. John can be fukking amazing and he can suck depending on the album

Coinciding with the album release is a Sirius XM channel for RHCP

Skimmed the album this morning and feel very underwhelmed.

Kiedis's singing is just annoying, especially how he pronounces things. It's like he tried to develop his singing voice through the years and made things worse.

Give me the more raw Kiedis from Blood Sugar Sex Magik.

The bass and guitars are good on the new album but still largely formulaic, IMO.
