Going to drink today cuz **** it

parents died 3 yrs ago...I tried therapy. Kinda helps, but man when you lose your loved ones it really sucks.

This is the best time of year to cut. Although drinking is a decent coping activity, if you have any extra bodyfat just stay the course and you'll reap the rewards in a few weeks when the weather is actually decent and drinking is better.

Sorry to hear that man. I’ve said it before here that I’ve lost a son so I know that feel. Talking to someone never really helped me much either and honestly hated doing it. It takes longer than 3 yrs to get to a place that’s easy unfortunately, never goes away completely though. Hang in there and know you’ll see them again.
This body holding me, be my reminder here that I am not alone.
