It's my 40TH birthday misc (reps till I'm out) (fuk we old)

Title.

Yesterday - awesome surprise party with friends and family. Literally a perfect day.

This morning - did my annual birthday workout. Deadlift 195 lbs (my weight) for 40 reps (my age). Is it ideal programming? Heck no. Just my little middle finger to Mean Ol Mr Gravity every year - he'll win in the end but Im going down fighting.

Now Church, then a park and lunch with my kids.

It's a good life bros, excited to see what the next decade brings. Come get repped you shredded kunts.
