A gunman who killed his three daughters and another man in a church in Northern California was in the U.S. illegally, and had not been handed over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) after a prior arrest due to California’s “sanctuary state” law that limits cooperation with federal immigration enforcement, authorities said Friday.

The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office said that David Fidel Mora-Rojas was in the country illegally and was arrested on Feb. 23 for driving under the influence, assaulting an officer and medical staff.

There is blood on lefties hands.

Also fun fact: most propaganda "news" sites like The Daily Beast, simply refer to the shooter as David Mora and do not mention he was in the US illegally.

But hey, I suppose this event wasn't as bad as 'separating families'.

RIP to the victims. How fixing awful to kill children... and anyone for that matter.

My local area a woman that was in charge of sounding the tornado/storm siren failed to do so even though there was a tornado warning issued. They not only fired her, but arrested her and she is being held accountable for the death of a man who died when a tree fell on his house. So why don't they hold these liberal DA's accountable when someone they let go goes and kills someone?

Generally no demographic is going around raping people but when you literally don't deport violent criminals that are here illegally, then those policies are 100% at fault for enabling those criminals to commit more crime within our borders.

Srs. Why should we not have deported this pos after his dui and violent altercation with police?

Further more, when people are hopping the border, you are completely unable to vet them and their criminal history.
