Stims have to be the most retarded choice of recreational drugs out there

Brb an hour or 2 of complete euphoria - only to feel like a sweaty, cracked out anxiety ridden mess for the following hours/days + accompanied by crippling depression by virtue of depleting your serotonin stores

Why not just get drunk like normal everyday copers

Don't really consider coffee in the same category, but had 3 espressos back to back the other day and felt like a tweaker afterwards srs

What's interesting about drugs is the idea of tolerance and chasing the dragon. Using hardcore drugs is more pleasurable at first but levels off due to the hedonic treadmill. After that you essentially only get negative effects because of tolerance, and it's very rare for a person to be able to control hardcore drug abuse. I use caffeine and alcohol sparingly to avoid any tolerance build up. This makes them both extremely powerful drugs. The same can be said about nicotine but it's significantly harder to control the habit.
