I’m quitting alcohol forever!!!

It makes me depressed and it gives me low energy after a night of drinking. There is this feeling of deep emptiness that follows and I have to recover from.

I recently noticed that whenever I get really drunk the next couple of days I get depressed and feel really empty. I know it’s the effect of alcohol and my only solution is to stop drinking by any means necessary. I need to replace it with hobbies in my days off.

good I drank for like 5 years but quit opiates 8 years ago and alcohol 7 years ago, youll be glad you did that shyts toxic as fuk
