Anyone follow that youtoob phalggot Ryan Humiston and try his methods?

Brb bent over rows with elbows fixed on a bent position to maximize lats
Brb squats with heels on a plate and stance 6" apart to maximize quads
Brb mind muscle connection over everything

Been incorporating a bunch of this type of training the last month and I must say feels JohnGoodman.jpg making gains for sure but I'm so detrained that any style of consistent lifting would probably help srs. Fukking sick of just doing 5/3/1 etc and working so hard to achieve even a fraction of how strong I was in college so I'm going full ghey bodybuilder on these weights who else is ghey let me hear you say yeah

I have no idea how he got so many followers, he's been ridiculed by the fitness community for a while now. He doesn't even know which muscle groups are worked during which exercises. I personally mire the hustle of getting over a million subs but for training advice, I'd look elsewhere.
