Just her family and friends will be there, and that's how I want it. If it were up to me we wouldn't even have a ceremony. Weddings are cringe af

I understand foregoing the ceremony altogether, but if the party is going to happen regardless, why not invite your friends and family?

I'm the black sheep of the family. They love me but they don't really respect me, plus I hate showing my romantic side. I cringe just thinking about it LMAO

I have two sisters, there's my mother and the guy who ejaculated into her doesn't exist AFAIC. Suffice to say a wedding is a big deal, so is a pregnancy and they plaster these events all over social media.

My GF's family being Polish, they too make a huge deal out of weddings - Polish weddings can be two days long of parties, copious amounts of drinking and food. Alcoholics like her Dad and many middle aged Polish men especially cause trouble. Her family in the US - Same story, they're obsessed with likes, shares etc.

But my GF and I have made our intentions clear from the start - our wedding will be so private it's likely no-one will be there. There's no way the presence of our families will add to the experience. And forget posting it on her Instagram or ******** either, she thinks it's purely to showboat and doesn't want that association anywhere near it.

If we have it in Poland at least it would be easy for my family to not come, seeing as they'd have to fly here.

hey it's cool.
chick i know about to turn 50 married a dude who is 40 she only knew for a few months.
she did everyone a favor by going justice of the peace with just their kids attending.

there is an actual reception talked about for the summer but i'm not sure they will make it that long.

If I ever get married Im going to have to pay some actor to pretend to be my best friend to be my best man. Maybe he bring a few others along, you need like 4 or so groomsmen to appear normal.
