Housing market SET TO EXPLODE. Record low inventory BARELY increased

Housing Inventory: Active Listing Count in the United States

https://fred.stlouisfed.org/series/ACTLISCOUUS

MARCH DATA IS IN!

Inventory of active listings increased a meager 5000 listings from Feb to March

381,000 houses available for the whole country. Think of that... 381,000 homes for sale in a country with 340 million people.

Now we get into the "moving season" prices will continue to skyrocket as 100 people bid on every house for sale.

I don't think 340 million people are looking to buy a house. Most smart people are just waiting for the prices to come down and aren't being persuaded by social media to "BUY BUY BUY".
